Why would I refer my child for Gateway services?
If you believe your child is struggling with; peer relationships, challenges at home, grieving the loss of a loved one, experiencing behavior issues such as easily frustrated, demonstrates aggression, defiance, short attention span or appears/seems sad or withdrawn you may want to submit a Gateway Referral.
How do I refer my child to Gateway services?
Click on the buttons below and complete the consent form and telehealth form. Contact your child’s school and ask to speak with the Gateway Counselor or Intervention Advisor and they will assist you in completing a referral form.

Once you have submitted a Gateway Referral one of the Gateway To Success Counselors will follow up with you regarding what you would like to see for your child and any additional concerns you may have. The Counselor will ask you some questions and give you specific information about the Gateway services your child would be receiving. Your child may be linked with one of our partner agencies to receive school based counseling services or your child may be linked with a supervised intern.
